Requirements:
• Korean National proficient in English
• Finished at least 2 years in College or Highschool graduate with relevant work experience
• Good understanding and email/chat etiquette
• With customer service experience is a great advantage
• Willing to work in QC and can start on May 2020
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer’s inquiries and technical concerns through emails and chats
• Assist customers' service concern through email or chat (e.g. playlist, features, troubleshooting and subscription Inquiries)
• Assist customers in Cancellation of premiums and in changing customer personal details
• Handle concerns of account users regarding paid accounts, payment issues
